Airport Road Mini Storage has a six foot fence with rolled razor wire surrounding the entire site, keypad entry to the main gate, keypad entry to the climate control building, multi-point camera surveillance, and on-site security.
What accessibility can I have to my unit?
You have twenty-four hour access seven days a week.
At what time do the security gates open and close?
The gates open at 6 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. (time may vary based on season), however every customer may request a security code that gives them twenty-four hour access to the mini storage.
How long is the rental agreement?
Rental agreements are month to month and automatically renew on the 1st of each month until cancelled.
Do I get a discount with a longer rental?
You receive 1 free month when you pay in advance for 11 months of rental.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of every month and past due after the 10th.
How can I pay my rent?
In person (during office hours), online or by phone. We accept cash, check or credit cards.
What hours are the office open?
Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm.
Can I rent a unit when the office is closed?
Absolutely! You can select your unit and complete the rental process online or we would be happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
Can I access my unit after hours?
You have 24 hour access to your unit with the gate code provided.
Who else has access to my unit?
The unit you rent is secured with your lock and your key.
Why would you recommend a climate controlled unit?
Climate controlled units maintain a temperature between 68-74 degrees Fahrenheit. This is ideal storage conditions for items that may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations. The few extra dollars per month may prevent more expensive damages to your wooden furniture, books, collectibles, electronics, antiques, artwork, wine or other items.
Do you require notice prior to cancelling a rental agreement?
No. You may cancel without notice before the renewal on the 1st of the month.
Do you pro-rate my final month?
As a general rule our billing is not pro-rated. Provided your account is current upon cancellation we will normally make accommodations to allow an extra day or two for you to move out. Please contact us in advance for any special considerations.
What to do if I can't find my key?
Our office staff is not equipped to remove locks. We do have off-site maintenance personnel who are available during regular business hours however a service charge may apply and response time may vary.
